Introducing the CONERI CN-3035A, a Desktop Plastic Pelletizer by Original Minds Japan is designed to combine the 3 processes of mixing, extrusion & granulation into a single compact machine to handle powdered & recycled materials to produce your dream materials right on your desk!
With simple handle operation and one switch, anyone can perform high-quality molding. With a pressure capacity of approximately 2 tons and a heating temperature of up to 320°C, it can also be used to mold engineering plastics including polycarbonate. From prototype applications in research and development to molding tests of new materials and small-scale production of products, we will expand all possibilities of manufacturing.
A Unique Structure That Integrates Everything In A Table Top
With conventional pelletizers, the mechanisms for each process are arranged in a straight line, making it unavoidable for the device to be large. Instead, “CONERI” uses a unique “inverted L-shaped” structure (patent pending) that mixes the resin horizontally and then extrudes it straight down to cut it. The bold design that breaks away from conventional ideas has made it possible to achieve a compact size that can be completed on a tabletop. The ease of being able to quickly make resin pellets at home accelerates the speed of material development.
A Wide Variety of Pellets, In The Amount You Need
Conventional pelletizers are designed for mass production, and typically require production in the tens of kilograms just to produce one type of resin pellet. This results in excessive costs and time when prototyping, where a small amount is sufficient.
The compact size of the CONERI requires only a small amount of material per production, making it possible to produce pellets in just the amount needed, even in very small quantities. Unconstrained by cost, you can produce a wide variety of pellets by changing materials and formulations one after another, allowing you to freely engage in prototyping.
Easy To Use
The CONERI interface uses analog knobs that allow intuitive operation of each function. By finely adjusting the strand extrusion speed, roller retraction speed, and cutter rotation speed, the diameter and length of the pellets can be freely controlled. In addition, the cooling fan air volume and hopper rotation speed can also be adjusted. While visually checking the finished pellets, you can refine the optimal conditions on the spot.
