With a custom designed grinding system powered by a reliable German motor, the SHRED ONE aims to simplify plastic shredding by using a household type electrical outlet, noise reduction.
Grind Plastics Effectively
With so many types of plastics to consider, we designed & produce our grinding system using stainless steel to prevent rust contamination to best shred multiple forms of plastic material, whether it is dry or moist. From engineering plastics to softer PLA, it is now possible to prepare your shredded plastics more effectively for recycling or recirculation.
Seamless Grinding
To ensure a reliable machine, the SHRED ONE is enclosed in a strong stainless steel frame powered by a German motor, incorporated with a shredding reverse function so any jams can be unclogged quickly.
Plug & Play
Run the machine on your standard wall plug! The SHRED-ONE runs on a single phase voltage to reduce energy consumption and without any electrical upgrades. We want to ensure that our shredding solutions can be deployed in any urban setting.
And It's Quiet Too
Unlike industrial shredders, the SHRED-ONE runs on a slower grinding speed to reduce the noise pollution from the shredding process. This allows it to be deployed in indoor & lab settings without environment issues.
